I WANT MUSIC – A new project from Frizu Lounge for people with limited financial resources
Not everyone has the same opportunities. Acquiring and learning an instrument usually costs money. And not everyone feels comfortable in a traditional, predominantly bourgeois, heterosexual, white music school. Disadvantages can also arise for various other reasons.
With the “I want Music” project, Frizu Lounge offers free music lessons and coaching. The project is initially limited to three months, meaning it can only provide short-term support at first. However, an extension may be possible.
“I want Music” is open to all instruments and vocals. Some instruments can be provided as loan instruments.
Please send your application by email to frizu@gmx.de by December 17th.
Your application should include a short self-description and brief answers to these questions:
1. Why is it important for you to be part of the “I want Music” project?
2. What disadvantages have you experienced that have prevented you from learning an instrument?
3. Why are you currently dependent on a free option?
4. What are your wishes regarding music lessons or music coaching?
5. Which instrument are you interested in? Or are you interested in singing?
